Fitness has always been Angela’s first passion since she was in school were she become a track and field star. As a former athlete she understands the importance of functioning well while building the physique you have always wanted, through a combination of athletic, functional and aesthetic movements.


Recognised for her expertise in postural correction, strength and conditioning, body transformation, nutrition and booty building, Angela has a wealth of experience that is valued by her clients


Innovating in her approach, she develops unique and challenging workouts that are tailored to the individual’s needs and goals, by using science based methods to create programmes to better understand the bodies.


Angela places emphasis on strength training that can be transferred from the gym to daily life and believes that consistency and commitment will equal a stronger healthier happier body.
