I offer a free consultation to establish your health and fitness goals. On the initial consultation, we'll gather data through a body composition analysis, postural analysis and physical assessment. From this, it will allow me to tailor a training program suited for you.

I will also be taking into account the information gathered during the physical assessment to eliminate any pre-existing, potential muscular imbalances and weaknesses by constructing a plan that includes corrective exercises based on modern science.
